How to register for the 2011 Annual Conference

• Please submit a separate registration form for each individual attending the conference

All sessions and meals listed on the conference schedule, as well as all conference materials, are included in the conference registration fee.

Full refunds will be made if written cancellation is received by April 1st. A 50% refund will be made for written cancellations received on or before April 8.  No refunds after the 8th.

The Montana Geriatric Education Center (MNA-09MGEC11) is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Montana Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.

This activity has been submitted to Montana Nurses

Association for approval to award contact hours. MNA is accredited as an approver of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

Applications for continuing education are in process for nursing, pharmacy, social work, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and nursing home and assisted living administrators.
